Try taking a Martial Arts class like Tae Kwon Do or KArate.

And they do offer communication classes at local colleges.

For women I recommend those classes too(Karate, or Tae Kwon Do), but have you ever had any public speaking classes? They tend to help more than you may think. One thing I always keep in mind. Is that no one can make me feel inferior, without MY consent.

Communication Classes and buy a thesaurus and learn a new word and how to apply it every day.
