ok me and my friend whent to the movies the other day and she was really skinny and i asked her how she lost soooo much wheight she told me that she had been takin drugs her cuzzin has been giving to her after that i felt really nerves for her and sad for her she used to were size 7 jeans and wear size 1 jeans one size bigger than what i were im really worried her parents should have noticed by know i think she told them she went on a healthy diet she could hurt her self by doind drugs and i dont want to be the bad guy and tell her parents then she will hate me should i try to ralk to her im so confused please please help she is my best friend

If you really care about her than talk to her parents and get her some help. Yes she will get angry at you and you may not talk for a while, but once she is better she will realize that you did it out of love for her and not to hurt her. Don't let her go down a slippery slope that could end in disaster just so you don't pi$$ her off.

Your friend knows she is doing wrong, however the weight she has lost, is better than the bad effects of the drug/s... You should really talk to her about the negative effects of the drug. The fact that she is losing that much weight from a drug is horrible, and she should stop soon for her health... if you want to be a good friend you should tell her that you'll work out with her and help her lose weight the right way... Drugs are only hurting her body in the long run...

Hey, its very important that you tell someone, last year my boyfriend was into drugs really bad and he was losing weight fast, one day he came forward and told me and I was so heart broken. I ended up telling his parents a few days later and we held an intervention and 1 year 2months later he is clean and healthy. Thinking now I'm so happy that I told his parents about his problem, but he was very mad at me at first. He did get over it and thanked me for helping( your friend probably doesn't see that she has a problem, YET) I know what its like to be in your situation and I think you should talk to her and try to get her to tell her parents and tell her that if she doesn't you will. Now she will be mad at you at first but in time she will realize that you were just being a good friend that cared deeply about her. Do what you think is right if shes your best friend, i know that you would feel bad if something really bad happened to her. You sound like a smart girl do what's in your heart, she will forgive you in time. I hope this helps.

I would rather have my best friend hate me for the rest of my life and have her be ALIVE and healthy than keep her secret and have her possibly end up dead from the drugs or from losing too much weight. You have to do what you know is right in your heart but if it were me I would try to reason with her and get her help and if that didn't work I would go to her parents.

I'm really sorry to hear about your friend. If you really truely love her and care about her you need to either tell her parents about what's going on or you need to tell your mom so she can talk to your friends parents.
If your friend does'nt get medical treatmet now she could get very sick and possibly even worse loose her life to her diesase.
You're friend is sick little one. She needs help. She needs medical attention and she needs counseling.
Now, she might now be happy about you telling on her but what's more important to you. Your friends life or her being mad at you for a little while.
The best way you can show your best friend that you love her is to make sure she gets help. Tell a grownup little one or else the price your friend could pay with her life. I'm not trying to scare you little one but I don't want to down play how serious this can end up being either.
Your friend is going through some things and she's going to need to get into some couseling to deal with them.
Your friend is sick and if she does'nt get help as soon as possible she could loose her life.
I know this is all very confusing for you. I know you don't want to tell anybody your friends secret. But I also know that your friend does'nt want to die. She'll thank you later on I promise you.
You have to tell a grownup now little one. Get off the computer and call your mom or your friends mom now. Don't waste another second.

Yeah u need to tell her parents,and of course she'll be mad now but in a few years she'll thank u.Cause if she gets to skinny her health can start to fail and she can die!it's not safe to loose weight like that using drugs.Or try talking to her and if she doesn't stop deffintly tell her parents.good luck to u and ur a great friend!

well is you really think that's she is in danger tell her parents.
Talk to her about it. Dont wait till is to late and then theres no coming back you know what I'm talking about.
A good friend should always do the best thing. Sorry to say your friend is slowly killing her self.
And if something bad happens what is every one going to say about you since you knew from the beginning

tell her parents. drugs of any kind are dangerous and your friend seems to think that losing weight is more important than living. She'll be angry at you but you may very well save her life.
