Well I experienced an increase in apetite, fatigue, frequent need to urinate, and obviously a missed period... Take a test, or go to the doctor, to be sure...

I'm 15 weeks along, and honestly, I had no symptoms until I was about 6 weeks other than a missed period. I mean, I still had some cramping almost like my period was going to start, and my breasts were a little tender, but I really thought that it was just my period coming! lol I took a pregnancy test 6 days after my period should have started...needless to say, I was pregnant! lol My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better anniversary present! We found out 3 days before our first anniversary! lol

When you first become pregnant you might feel some cramping. You might have a little implant bleeding as well. Tender breasts too. I advise you go get a home pregnancy test just to be sure. If you want an accurate test you should see your OBGYN though. Only a doc can tell you for sure.

what????? didn't get ur question?? add some details. pregnancy usually start from 5th week b'coz its the date from ur LMP (last menstural period). so there's no 1-3 week as far as i know!!
