Pink Panther.
I hate Steve Martin.
How come everyone likes him? His smile is so fake and he's not even a good actor!!!

Three come to mind.
The 1977 King Kong remake. What a pile of noise.
The "Psycho" remake. Excessively violent for no reason and you can never improve on that.
"Fun With Dick and Jane". It stunk with Jane Fonda and George Segal; it stunk with Tea Leoni and Jim Carrey.

I think the most uneccessary remake would be Bewitched, you just beat the show it was amaizng and the movie just sucked.
