GRANDMA'S FOOD ON THANKSGIVING

2006-07-20 09:03:58 · answer #1 · answered by pepsikiss 5 · 0 1

The best place that I have ever eaten is at my mom's house. I know that this is in the 'dining out' category but the truth is that my mom is the Best cook and she makes so many of my fave dishes.

If I had to choose another place, it would be a tie between "Spring Rolls" (Bay St near Yonge) and "Salad King" (Just off Yonge near Sam the Record Man) in Downtown Toronto. Great prices, awesome food (Tom Yum Soup at Spring Roll or Green Shrimp Curry at Salad King), fun atmospheres.

Cheers :)

Oh where to begin?

I absolutely love Mon Ami Gabi in Las Vegas. It's a delicious French restaurant in the Paris Las Vegas Casino, overlooking the fountains at Bellagio. Love French food!

My husband and I got a pizza in Portland, Maine (I can't remember the name of it, but there are several of these pizza joints in the area) and drove to Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and parked near the Portland Headlight for a picnic.

The Maya restaurant in Paris, France. The world's best margherita pizza ever. And it's in Paris.

The Olive Garden is the best place I have eaten. There was a restaurant called LUMS in Virgina that had one of the best desserts I've had though. As far as I know though it no longer exists.

I think it depends on the food, some places are better at one thing than others.. For the best service and all around excellent dinning I love Roxsan`s in Phoenix. its pricey but well worth the money . I also like Furrs Cafeteria at least the one located in Muskogee.OK Its like eating at my mothers its great down home food. Ive eaten at other Furrs and did not like them, The El Paso Bar-B-Que in north Phoenix, there are so many wonderful places to eat its difficult to narrow it down,so I wont. And I haven't even touched on all the fantastic places to dine in San Francisco.
