They would be fraternal twins.

Identical twins occur when one fertilized egg splits into two separate embryos. The twins that occur have identical genetic identities and are therefore always the same sex. (Two boys, two girls) They will also look alike. Identical twins are a phenomenon of nature and are not hereditary.

Fraternal twins are when two eggs are released by the mother and both fertilized. They are as genetically similar as siblings born at separate times. They can be of the same sex or different sex depending on the chromosome of the sperm that fertilized each egg. The tendency in a woman to release more than one egg is a hereditary trait. These types of twins are hereditary.

When a woman uses fertility drugs it causes her body to release multiple eggs. The idea is that the more eggs there are, the greater the chance that at least one, and possibly more will be fertilized, successfully implant in the womb and develop into a baby. The multiples that result are fraternal and not identical.

Triplets can occur naturally when two eggs are released and one splits into identical twins. Quads can occur naturally when two eggs are released and both split into identical twins.

more likely fraternal. this is because the fertility drugs make your body produce more eggs, and if multiple eggs are fertilized, surprise! lots of babies at once. Identical twins result from a single fertilized egg splitting apart into two (or three). When the split is partial, you end up with conjoined twins.

Idential twins happen when 1 egg is fertilized and it splits. Women using fertility drugs often relase multiple eggs that get fertilized thus making the babies fraternal.
