Eating healthy,exercising,reading good book,watching a nice movie,travelling to exotic places,cooking a nice dinner for friends and family...........all these things make happy.

My boyfriend makes me very happy. We laugh, we talk, he's my best friend. And our sex makes me happy too. It's a fact, men's sperm juice has natural endorphens in it. Endorphens make you happy.
