Well if it's hair dye then use the stuff made for dye removal from a hair supply store or a quick fix that really works but is smelly is cigarette ashes!! Put some from one or 2 cigarettes in a small amount of water in a cup and use a towel to wipe off dye. It actually works really well.

Use straight bleach. Pour some on your hands and rub for about a half minute. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap then lotion them up good. That should do the trick. Works every time for me.

I use Alcohol when it gets on my hands and a little salt scrub.
