Yeah, I was a host at Red Lobster. It was a really slow Monday lunch and the restaurant was pretty empty. I had stayed up ALL night because my military unit was boarding their flight to be deployed and another friend and I went to see them off. I went into work and sat down on the benches in the lobby and fell asleep. When I woke up there were two guests waiting to be seated and I guess they were just looking at me while I slept!

Yep. The boss came through whistling. He just said that if I needed anything or anything happens "You know how to get a hold of me. Have a good afternoon." I was kind of stumped and thought to myself I should have been fired. But the reception desk is a glassed in porch. With that summer sun shining in that heat can get to you. I didn't mean to fall asleep. Good thing it was a Saturday and very quiet.

I am an intern with one of those confined cubicle spots with lame work that mysteriously appears on my desk every morning...so my co-workers don't even know that I'm here half- the time and at other times they don't really care. It's really freakishly quiet and easy to fall asleep.

I used to go to the bathroom and take naps. I'd wake after someone else came in, usually 10-15 minutes...

I used to get caught all the time at my old job. I did it to get fired. Funny thing is they refused to fire me because I had to train all the newbies. I was the manager. Ha!
