Do you consider italians to be white? not northern italians, but the southern italians who are dark skinned, from the boot part of italy and sicilians. I've been collecting information on this opinion being southern italian myself and finding out about the discrimination my italian ancestors faced for being darker than the rest of the immigrants. i personally am not a strong proponent of race, but am interested in hearing answers.
