There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and Validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

well thats easy for me cuz i have the bestest husband ever..
love is more than just a feeling it is a deep commitment made by 2 people to each other who stay by each others side and help them out and support them. Love is many things but its like a safety net to fall back on and someone who calls u pooky bear, its like a private connection just u and one other soul have, and it makes u feel special. it is being faithful to that other person and truly what marriage vows say in sickness and health, if ur rich or poor, fat or skinny, etc.

Love is:
>commitment to each other
>respect for each other
>NO abuse of any kind
>always being there for each other, emotionally and otherwise, even when you could easily leave
>honesty to each other
>having fun with each other, making each other laugh, having a sense of humor
>always working on the relationship
>communication about everything, large and small
>an awesome feeling in your heart
>having someone cherish you as you cherish them
I think it is the best feeling in the world and it should be cherished.

Unconditional. No matter what. Stick by each other no matter what. Love grows more and more over time. It has to start somewhere and you need to grow together and make each other happy. Don't we all try to do things to make the other person happy? It should go both ways.

you stay with that person no matter what. wait, i have a definition for being in love and loving someone. loving someone, is when you truly care about someone and everything that goes in their lives. when you are in love you cannot live without that person or so it seems, you wanna spend every waking minute with them. you would do anything and everythign for them. and all that good stuff

Love is when you will do anything for that person to make them happy. Love is when you are sad when they are sad and happy when they are. Love is when you are willing to listen and willing to help them out.
