Depends on what you want to feel liberated from. If you are living with your parents, move out. If you are living by yourself, go do something you wouldn't have done before, such as sky diving, bungee jumping, etc.
Or if you just broke up with someone do something that you wouldn't have done with that person, like go to an amusement park or get a job (if you don't have one).
The world is your oyster.

I usually rearrange my room.. take everything out, put it in differently. It makes for a 'new' living space.
Try yoga as well, or do something exciting you haven't done in a while. The other day I was feeling super stressed, I went and climbed a tree, I felt a lot better after.

the only way is (Dont Give A Damn) about ne thing whenever some thing or some one hurts u think the way that u are so strong and u can deal with it ...never make a big deal outta some thing or some one , having enough confidence wud help you Alot with confidence u alwayz think u are the only one and the best one in this world so no one is compare to u then? DONT GIVE A DAMN

Learn to be free of thoughts...
All the restrictions and burden happens in your mind first out of your thoughts. Being thoughtless is a liberation..not mentally ill but empty minded time to time....
