do gel or acrlic nails look better. can you really tell the difference? which would you get, especially if u were getting the french look?

Either way they are really bad for your real nails, are a b*tch to take off, get 70% more bacteria under them than real nails, and can be rather expensive

I have had both, and they are both nice. What I think matters more than which type you get is having a manicurist who has lots of experience. If the person putting them on knows what they are doing, you don't really see a lot of difference in the two.

I get the acrylic, I also get them rounded not square I think square looks tacky.

acrylic look 10 times better..........escpecially when they are french manicured!
