Fraternal twins are two babies conceived at the same time, but from two different eggs and two different sperms. Siamese twins are from a single fertilized egg that has split incompletely. Had the split been complete the result would have been identical twins.

Fraternal twins: Twins born from two separate eggs, fertilized at more or less the same time, and born together. they differ from identical twins, who came from a single fertilized egg which split, and therefore share the same DNA. Siamese twins: twins who are physically joined to each other by tissue, and may share an organ (so called from the Siamese Twins, Chang and Eng, who worked for P. T. Barnum in his sideshows in teh 1800's).

Fraternal Twins are twins that are from separate ova and may have a separate genetic makeup. They can be of the same or opposite sex. This is opposed to regular twins who look exactly alike and are almost always of the same sex.
Siamese Twins are twins that are joined together at some point of their body, such as head, abdomen, hips, etc. They usually have to perform surgery to get them separated and one of the twins can die as a result (especially if they share more than just skin, like a heart, lunchs, etc).

Fraternal twins come from two separate eggs. Identical twins come for one egg that split. Siamese twins occur when the egg does not completely split.

Fraternal twins are non-identical twins. Two babies are conceived from different eggs being fertilized for fraternal twins. Siamese are conjoined twins, meaning their bodies are fused together.

fraternal twins are the result of two different eggs so they are entirely two different beings, not idential in any way except they share the womb. idential are from the same egg. Siamese are idential twins that are conjoined, meaning they are still attatched to each other after birth. It can be mild where it is soft tissue only and they can be separated or in other cases they might live out their lives together or the parents may choose to sacifice one so the other may live a more normal live alone. (in the case where the share one brain for example) hope this explains it for you.
