I need a room for rent near Queenstown MRT station, my budget is about 300-450sgd, need washing machine, aircon, and internet conection. I will need it around 27 august.

well...I have a room offered, it's a common room in commonweatlh area, for 400SGD, shared washing machine, a fan, bed, table, wardrobe, can cook (but I have to buy my own utensil) not allowed to bring any guess in...do you think it's a good deal?

For 300 to 400 dollars, your going to have to give up some of your luxury items, such as Internet connection and washing machine. Think smarter than that. If you want to have everything your gonna have to work for it.

I think it is extremely rude of TJ (and anyone else) to say that you should give up internet (or whatever else you enjoy). First of all, those items aren't that costly and giving them up won't necessarily resolve the problem.
