It's not news, and they lie every time they say "fair and balanced", but it isn't fascist. It's just badly biased reporting.

it is owned by rupert murdoch who is a right wing extremeist from australia. he hired roger ailes who handled regans infamous willie horton commercials and other propoganda to head the fox news channel . roger ailes also started the rush limbaugh show on radio which was the start of hate radio. fair and balanced- i think not. murdoch and ailes also have a hatred of the cliintons becasue bill beat bush sr. and that is why many of their coverage of the clintons is negative. they also have hatred for jesse jackson which i have yet to figure out. they also have contributed huge amount s of money to gop and regan, bush sr., dole, and current bush jr. fox news has continued to use hosts who yell and berate liberals who come on there shows.
