i need the answer as soon as possible, i'm kind of freaking out.

I just got mine today, July 10. Don't worry; when they said that they mailed them on July 1st, they meant that they started mailing some of them out then. It takes awhile to mail all of them.
You can expect them any day now, but it may still be awhile.
Some people, for example, received them by the 3rd of July, where it took me until the 10th.
You can also call and get them right now, but it costs $8.

i got mine on monday. it should arrive no later than late july. you could call college board for $8, but i dont think you want to give them your hard earned money after paying $40 per test and SATs.

You should get them by mid- july. Some people got theirs already though. If you don't get it by mid-late August contact the college board.
