It really depends on the sex and if she wants the kids to all have the names beginning with the same letter too...with a little more detail it might be possible to give some more help, but her are a few combos:
Madalyn, Matthew, Majandra (Ma-han-dra)
Jackson (Jack), Joshua, Jadalyn
Nicholas, Noah, Nyssa
Ainsley, Andrew, Aislin
Ella, Evan, Ethan

This website should help...it has a good search engine for baby names. Good luck and congrats to you both!

DON’T name the children rhyming names or a theme of names like all colors; Violet, Scarlet, and Teal or all flowers; Rose, Daisy and Petunia. Let each child be an individual.
BTW with the exception of Petunia I like all the above names. LOL

Does she know what the genders are? My boys have the same initials, maybe she can start with that.
Boys names: Noah, Jaleel, Arye
Girls names: Jazdia(Polish for princess), Makenzie, Aviana
I'm a fan of unique and uncommon names
Congrats to you both!

She could try naming them names that all mean the same thing. For example, David, Kayla, and Sherry all mean love or beloved--and there are many many more than mean love as well. The website babynames.com lets you search by meaning.
