Any good marketing or PR (public relations) firms out there that work on sales commission?

I have fantastic new skin care product that works wonders! It works against acne scarring.
I need a marketing firm or a good PR firm to take it to the next level and make it a household name (like proactiv). Unfortunately all the big ones are interested in getting fees first.

I am looking for a firm that has the vision, the capability, and is willing to be compensated at a negotiated precent of the sales.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated

Almost no large firms are willing to work this way.

Your best bet would be to find a company or individual just starting out in the field. Such a group or person might be willing to take the risk in order to help build a portfolio.
