Diatomaceous Earth (which is not really earth) will kill any bug, ants, roaches, mites, aphids, anything with an exoskeleton. It is HARMLESS to you, kids, pets. You can get it here: http://www.perma-guard.com

Their stuff is food grade and that is what you want. You might find it at a garden center but be sure that what you get is food grade. You do not want the other kind.

i'm shocked you've earwigs in Anchorage too. Earwigs were presented to this u . s . a . from Europe (accidently, i'm particular). Earwigs are unsavory to seem at, yet they're a nuisance in ordinary words by way of their visual charm, and maximum human epidermis is too not ordinary for his or her pincers to pinch. Earwigs stay in moist circumstances outdoors, frequently. some thing you should do to dry their environment facilitates get rid of them. i'd airborne dirt and dust diatomaceous earth in the cracks you imagine they are coming in at, utilising a "poof" ketchup bottle. That, or seal the cracks with caulking. which will do you extra reliable than any cockroach spray. If there is not a variety of of those, evaluate merely vacuuming them up.

sorry this isnt immediate but the little suckers cant resist. first get an empty butter tub and put some small holes in the side (large enough for them to crawl through). Then fill the bottom with soya sauce and put the cover on. put them around the house either inside or out. looking inside afterwards can be gross. If you have as many as are around my house, be prepared....ewwww
