Just tell your friend that you aren't in to it. If they are any kind of friend at all they will understand.

If they are your real friend than they should understand when you tell them that you just dont feel like going. Set up a different time to get together and just tell them that you don't want to go to this event but maybe some other time.

Just go on that trip, you don't have to do things in your
life just because you like them. And anyway, it will probably
be cool, i mean if you never were in nature, just imagine: blue sky, animals, forest...

say your allergic to farm animals

or just say you don't feel like going
