Where can I buy an area rug second? ONe with a flaw.?

I live in Montreal Quebec and am looking for an area rug for my house. A red one. I am wondering where in Montreal can I buy an area rug for really cheap. A place where they sell flawed rugs or seconds. If you know of a place, please let me know. Thanks.
