Not if USA doesnt fire something first. N.Korea does not yet have the capability to hit the US yet anyway

by the way
you people are ******* stupid by spreading propaganda and bullshit rumors about the capabilities and intent of both korea and usa. thats MORE likely to start a war than keeping calm. If you keep talking about how us is planning a pre-emptive strike.. you dont think koreas going to start believing it?

the missile wasnt aimed at hawaii you dumb *****, get a clue. it was sent DIRECTLY INTO the sea of japan. no one was meant to be harmed by it. get over yourself

eventually some day they will. people in america mostly feel that n korea will not and do not have missile of any threat, but then again they only say these things becuase of what the media tells them. the media gets its info from white house and inteeligence working for our government, they tell the media what they want them to know even if its all lies. i mean think about it if the government told the media that yes korea has missiles that our defense system couldnt stop then there would be a mass panic through out the country, and that will most likly start war with n korea while most of our troops are still in iraq.

No. The United States has the knowledge and power to wipe N Korea off the face of the Earth. N Korea would be asking to be nuked if they even tried to fire a missile our way. We have the capability to intercept and destroy anything they fire at us.

According to the radio today, they determined the long range missile was directed at the coast of Hawaii. I would think the US is keeping pretty close tabs on the whole situation, especially the launch sight where N Korea's long range missile is. I would also add, surely the US will shoot down any missile headed into our territory.

don't be scared. If international conflict III turned right into a conflict between america and North Korea, then it ought to probably be really one-sided conflict. even although North Korea has China, the rustic has no different allies. america has MANY extra allies than that around the international. Our military is larger too! take a seem on the hyperlink.

I doubt it. There leader is nutz, however, he is way too in love with his cult of a country to expose it to the certain destruction that would fall upon it if he were to strike the US in such a way.

He, no doubt, is aware (just as the Soviets were) that any such strike against the US would be responded to with a obliterating missile strike from US ballistic missile subs.

There would be nothing left of his country and therefore no one to worship him as the beloved leader. Ultimately, this guy is a narcissistic and, as such, he wouldn't be happy living out his years in a bunker.

He will push and push to seem like a big man to his brainwashed people, but, he won't go too far.

That having been said, I think we still need to take him seriously. The nexus between terrorism and rogue states demands that we give attention to people like this.

I don't think that firing a long range missile at the US is planned by N. Korea presently. For the future, probably.

No they were not firing a missile at the U.S. or anyone else.

What they were doing is trying to show the world that they have the capability to defend themselves if necessary. And that they should be taken more seriously.

Also, throughout history, if you want something, from someone else, a bigger gun has been the solution. They are just following our lead. To bad we could not have shown them different. I guess that is what we get for letting a "root-en, toot-en cowboy" ,at the helm.

Maybe they already did, I mean, with their crappy technology, there is no way to tell what they were shooting those missiles at.

Long range is kind of subjective, too. WIth the price of fuel these days, just making it into the sea of Japan will cripple their economy. Oh, wait, they already did that.
Lets face it, these guys don't have the cash to finish their "worlds largest hotel" project, how can they fight a war? maybe they are just going to wait until their army gets hungry enough, and tell them to eat their way through Asia like a hoard of locust.
Get your fly swatters out.

I think someone in North Korea is on crack. What benefit could they gain out of this. Maybe, they are taking advantage of all the attention on Iraq? Who knows, or who's not telling! Anyways, I think they are looking to get ***** slapped by the US and it's allies.
Hopefully, they will come to their senses and not start another sensless war.

Hey everyone, it's me North Korea!!! Watch out, I have big rockets!!!!

It looks like someone needs attention!!!!
