One big indication should be that you are asking this question. If you're thinking about it that much, you probably do. If you don't want to be around him and find yourself doing everything possible to avoid it. If talking to him irratates you. Mostly, if you can't find any reasons why you want to stay, then it's over.

the moment I no longer wanted him, it was over.
the moment things stop clicking, or you have more bad times than good, or his quirks are more annoying than his qualities...
Of coarse, this is a good guy I dated. No abuse or negative attributes.
You know, when you know. If you're asking yourself the question, it's a good time to look at what you have in the relationship and what is important to you.
Just don't second guess your own answer. You generally get it right the first time.

Do you love him? Do you like doing what he enjoys doing? If you answered no to one or more question, then end the relationship.
