I have a goatee and I don't find it to interfere with my trombone playing. I play a large tenor mouthpiece (Schilke 51D -- about the same as a Bach 5G). However, my facial hair is not extremely thick; this may have something to do with it.
It probably won't seriously interfere with your ability. There are many professionals who play and have full beards. If it does start to interfere (e.g. extra buzzing sound, air leaks, mouthpiece sliding around on your face), it is possible to shave a little bit of where the mouthpiece rests so as to facilitate the secure placement of the instrument.

It takes a little getting used to. In college, I played euphonium, and grew a beard for a little while. It didn't really affect my playing, but I prefer to be clean shaven.

As a brass player I can tell you that, no, it won't. I have many friends that have grown beards and still play their brass instruments just fine.
