America is better for most Americans; Iran is better for most Iranians.
I've lived in both countries; I taught at what was then called "Pahlavi University (now Shiraz University) in Shiraz, Iran. Iran's a lovely country and its people are fantastic. I went to university and roomed with three Iranian brothers, back in the 70s. Two of them are now American citizens, one's a doctor (of internal medicine) and the other's an engineer. The third brother's back in Karaj, Iran.
All are still my close friends.
Wherever you're born and grow up is usually the "best" country for you. But considering the current condition of Iran, where the mullahs are pretty much in charge, I know that there are a lot of Iranians who'd prefer to be in the USA at present.
But if Iran ever gets a truly democratic government, I also know that there are a lot of Iranians currently living abroad who'd love to return home.

Let's see, you are in the drawing and illustration category so I am going to assume you might mean landscape drawing. I've not been to Iran but what I see on the tv looks pretty barren and uninspiring. In America (if you mean the United States), we have as much diversity as you can possibly imagine in landscape drawing, even barren landscapes.
So, my opinion is America is bethrer (better?)
