Depending on the cursor, you may need to install java, or it may be using ActiveX which Firefox doesn't support (IE only).

it depends on what is on the page like aer you trying to stream video or what download quicktime player and install it, that should do it otherwise you will have to look at what is on the page is it video or is it flash content something on the page you are viewing is needing a plugin. all it really is is that your missing a plugin that will help you view the page better becaue there is an object on that page that is requesting to run software so it can be properly viewed on the page and it can't find the software.
oh yeah...(im running windows vista beta 2 with 2 gb of ram and a 3.2 ghz processor and a 320 gb harddrive)this wont help answer the question at all

What page are you trying to view Heather? You probably need either A) Java or B) Flash. But Let me know.

EDIT: Thanks for the email. You need flash. Download it Here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

Good Luck!

Heather:

Please provide more information - for example, the operating system and version (i.e. Windows XP) you are using, along with the version of Firefox you're using. Thanks!
