I go to Vegas all the time and every year go a couple times at least. I have done some of all there is to do. But I guess the best was hanging out in the wave pool at the Mandalay Bay hotel. And then floating around in the lazy river there.

Not the coolest thing in vegas, but definitly a must do.
Gotta have steak at 9 in the palms. Gotta have the nochi.
We did see Jerry Bus sitting at a blackjack table last August at the MGM grand. We were yelling at him to fire Mitch. Played poker with Men the Master's daughter at Mandalay in May.
