Short answer: No.
Long answer (sorry if I bore you):

Phish actually performed their last show in August of 2004. If you are looking for "phishy" music, though, there are lots of places to look.
Trey actually released four solo albums: One Man's Trash, Trey, Plasma, and Shine. Mike Gordon also released a solo album called Inside In.
In addition to Oysterhead (great band featuring Les Claypool of Primus and Stuart Copeland of the Police), there are many, many, many phishy side projects. Here are the ones I can remember off the top of my head:
Dave Matthews and Friends (featuring Trey)
Trey and the 70-volt Parade
Pork Tornado (featuring John Fishman)
The Jazz Mondolin project
Vida Blue
Leo Kottke and Mike Gordon
Mike Gordon and Ramble Dove
The Benevito-Russo Duo with Mike Gordon
And the latest collaboration: Benevito-Russo Duo with Mike and Trey.

If you go to BigScreenConcerts.com, you will find info for a movie theatre near you playing a one-time only showing of Phish Live in Brooklyn (a dvd yet to come out) on July 10 !!! Shows are usually round $10 where I live. Its not as good as a concert, but definitely go! You will enjoy it!

I think Trey is touring this summer tour, maybe with Tom Petty.

No. But all 4 are still playing music-- and each member has and does collaborate with other members as well as other musicians. Its almost as if Phish has morphed and expanded to include others while retaining elements of its orginal self. Most of the new stuff I have heard from the different members have been pretty good-- espicially mike, trey and the benevito/russo duo-- also referred to as GRAB (Gordon, Russo, Anastaio, Benevito).
