Any ninth grader knows that cold raises the sperm count, and heat lowers the sperm count. So, it would seem more likely that Eskimos would be more fertile, and have more children. Right? But eskimos take up 0.001% of the world population. And Africans get the most heat in the world, and the continent is bursting at the seams with people!
So, I suppose it would be more of the life style. Eskimos perhaps limit their sexual activites as a means to keep their tribe's population low in order to conserve recources. Africans on the other hand, don't, and they bang like sheep. But they both come from tribal backgrounds, and Africa could really use some conservation... So instead of asking how we can "fix" the population/poverty crisis in Africa...I ask "Why are their so many people in the first place?"

The reason the resources are so scarce is because greedy Europeans and Muslims raided Africa and stole fertile farm lands, oil fields, and precious gem mines, and the unity Africans once shared.
Allow me to give you a brief history lesson. Africa use to be what America is trying to aspire to be a great civilization. Muslim and European greed tore Africa apart and it continues even today. Colonialization is the reason why Africa and it's people are in the state it is in today.

Tribal cultures usually have many offspring because most of them don't survive past their early teen years because of scarce resources. They have more children to assure that there will be offspring to care for them in their old age.
And now for your biological question. Male testes hang low for a reason, that is to keep the body heat from warming the testicles too much. Testes hang low in Eskimos as well as in Africans and are kept at a constant temperature of the same degree in both. The external atmospheric temperature has very little to do with sperm production. I suggest that you stop wearing thong underwear, and wear boxers if you want to reproduce, it has nothing to do with climate.

Well, consider the populous for a moment and you answer your own question. Because there are so many Africans, there are more African couples. However, Eskimos are in shorter supply, so it's not like you can turn the corner and find someone to mate with every second

Eskimos and similar small nordic ethnicities are poor as well. Despite their limited number. And despite the fact that they live in a territories of richest countries...
In Africa, more difficult are conditions, higher a biologic "press" to multiply, because that may ensure that some of children will survive in result. Instinct for population preservation, which has little to do with individual insterests. Only higher stability of life, higher social integration may diminish this perceived stress.

the human race originated in africa, so it makes sense that there are more people there. i dont know why anyone would hang out where the eskimos do
