Of course, a lot of it is the physical attraction, but the first thing that draws me to a woman is her demeanor. If she's bright-eyed and smiling, she's more attractive than someone who is neutral or has a sour expression. If she's outgoing and friendly, that's another plus. Even more bonus points if she's down-to-earth and being real, as opposed to trying to put on a show.

All it takes to truly know a girl is to take one long look into her eyes. From there you can know everything you ever need to know. They don't have to be beautiful or flashy, they just have to be honest and accepting.
