They probably are loan sharks who approve everybody. They will find out your SSN later and charge you tons of interest. A bank or credit union would be a better way to go.

i believe after you apply for a loan on line you have to provide call back number so after you submit your application they call you back and get all the sensitive information such as you ssn.

probably going by your income...not all go by your credit
