How can i make my brothers eyebrows appear thinner and more feminely shaped just for a few days without plucking them also make his bottom lip a bit fuller and still look natural, he is a cross dresser by the way in case you were wondering and planing first trip out next week.

4 d lips use lip gloss cuz they stand our more and lip liner will make them look more plump... 4 d eye brows u can wax them a bit cuz there isnt anythin wrong w/ a man who fixes his eyebrows as long as he doenst over do it.. so jus straighten it on the top and giv it a lil curve on the bottom near the end that way it'll look nice on a women and not 2 feminine on a man... good luck

Using a little vaseline, or styling gel, comb the eyebrows straight up, then lightly comb the top of the over to the side. Dab a little foundation on the part of the eyebrow closest to the eye, and maybe even dust the lower part of the eyebrow with a little pale (off-white or flesh-color) powder eyeshadow.
For the lips, take a lip pencil and draw a line just ouside of the lower lip line in the center, but back up to the corners on the outside. Fill with lip color, and apply a bit of bloss for maximum fullness. A little dab of a light and shiny color in the very center of the lip wll add fullness as well. good luck!

to make his lips look fuller, try using a tooth brush to brush his lips, in circular movements, this will make the lips look fuller and with eyebrows, you may have to remove a few stray hais, if you dont want to do that use either some vaseline to smooth the hairs together or some other type of moisturiser.

Wax his eyebrows and trim them. Then fill in with some soft brown shadow.
For his lips, work concealer over the natural area after he shaves, then line with a shade just lighter than the lipstick he wants to wear. Darker liner pulls them in, lighter liner makes them look larger.

Lip liner for the lips, and as for the eyebrows, use lots of base and powder to conceal, then use eye liner to highlight what you want them to look like.

I already have full lips because I'm black and I hate thin eyebrows.
I have quite full eyebrows but I would prefer fuller lips than thin eyebrows.

use concealer around the eyebrows to cover up the hair..try using a flesh coloured lipliner for the lips and fill them in with lipgloss or you could use too faced lip plumping lip goss.

you can use those mini like shavers not sure the real name but specially made for eyebrows and just shape with it, for lips they have a pulper that is a gloss, which you can try or lipliner to shape them

there's nothing that covers eyebrows unless its theatrical makeup. with lips - try lip venom or pout which plump up the lips and look very natural. have a good time!!!

use a foundation or concealer a little lighter than his skin trickly little little around his eybrows ,and use use alittle darker foundation or concealer alittle on his thinner lip.
it will show his lips thicker
if u carefully do it u will get very very good result, cause i sometimes do these tricks 2
just try it sometime and u will get a good result.
