`Does anyone else have sinusitis -cronic and can not do smells such as perfume cologne clothes soap shampoo scented candles and much more and go in to some store plus cleaners and stuff to make my daughter very sick does anyone else have this?
I know what it is i just want to know if anyone else has this that she can talk to.

i have had cronic sinusitis for 8 yrs and i constantly have a sinus infection

Yes....and I understand what you are saying. A dear friend and I go shopping and when we go into Yankee Candle to make a purchase she cannot get out fast enough. Same with Sephora, Bath and Body Works etc. She wears a mask when using cleaners. She finds that it helps.

She takes a prescription drug called Zyrtec every morning and she said it really has made a difference. However this may not be an answer for your daughter....she really needs to see a specialist like a Ear Nose and Throat doctor.

above who works for the Doctor may have hit it on the head.....I have really bad asthma and did not think of that......

My mother had it, and thought it was her sinus. Come to find out, she has fybromiagia. It has a million and one symptoms under its belt. She wasn't diagnosed until her 60's, but I found out I had it in my 20's. Not that your daughter has it, but just throwing it out there.

she should speak with an allergist, a doctor who specializes with allergies, or a pulminoligist (sp) a lung dr.

she is not alone my sister and my mom are the same way.
