If you're going this summer, Montreal has an International fireworks festival. You can take her to the Chinese day of the festival. Montreal also has a jazz festival, and a laughs festival...

show her around and take her to the greatest attractions america has to offer like Disney World, Universal Studios Calfornia, the works. also introduce her to some kids her age she can hang out with. plus getting her a translator might make her experience better too if she doesn't already know how to speak english.
