I moved from the Russian Federation (North Ossetia) to Canada for medical school. I would highly recommend searching high schools on the internet and attending job fairs. Also, if you want to teach at a university, go to the university and inquire at the information desk or something. You should try to stick to reputable institutions when looking for a job because aside from the fact that they often pay better, you're not getting duped or anything.

Good luck-- my wife is a teacher and couldn't even move to our neighboring state (10 miles away) without having to be recertified. You'll probably need a lot more classes-- maybe another degree. I'm sure it varies state to state.
