My brother has the best sites:
1. http://www.theoldcomputer.com
2. http://www.emuparadise.org
3. http://www.dohgames.com
4. there is no four
5. You can try to get them via torrents. First, get bittorrent. That is located at www.bittorrent.com or something like that. Then, go to torrentspy.com or torrentportal.com to get your torrents. If you need any help (you probably might), just e-mail me.
6.My email is my name.
Hope this helps you out!

Actually, there is a 4th site, and it's very good. Romhustler.net has lots of games, and for most of them, they have several roms in one zip, so that if one doesn't work, you can try another. It's where I've found quite a bit. But, as others have said, the best thing to do is to just cough up the cash, but if you absolutely can't find the game, like for the really really old nes games, then romhustler is your best bet.

By being an honest upright citizen and doing things the old fashion way... that's right paying with cold hard cash.
Obviousely they *computer companies* make way too much money. But until the laws change *which requires peoples such as yourselves to lobby or picket* then things will remain the same...
you can't take short cuts in life without missing a lesson.

Well...im assuming you have an emulator. Basically, you've got a ton of links down there - but the one to use is http://www.freeroms.net . You'll be able to get the ROM as well as the emulator here.
Use Nesticle.
