Need money, but i cant seem to get any?

need money to start my own animal shelter and get building and shelter permits, i need money to acyually build, hire people, feed the animals i already plan to have in the shelter, vets,caging/housing, what would be a good way to make some serious cash??

This route will require you to follow certain guidelines that adhere to their policies. Thirdly, you can make it a joint venture. Find a partner in the business who is willing to pay up front the costs with you. Or sell your idea to venture capitalists.

You need to build up good personal credit first. Then go to a bank with a detailed business plan and they might give you the money you need. Starting a part time business pet sitting or something similar would go a long way with a bank also. You may want to partner with a vet, as having one on staff would be an outrageous expense. America is full of ways to make money, you have to be motivated to go out and get the money. If you made serious cash trying to start a business, wouldn't you just stick with what got youthe serious cash? If you are serious and have decent credit I may be able to help you.

You need a rock solid business plan first. This will help you stay focused on your business as well as showing others (investors, suppliers) that you know what you are doing. It will also give you a baseline to know how much money you need and when you need it.
