Americans are concerned. The polls reflect it, you ask a person what the big issue is concerning foreign affairs and they will tell you Iraq. I don't know why he was elected again...no one knows that but the powers that be and those who voted for him. I wish there had been a change (I don't necessarily think that John Kerry was the best choice) and maybe we wouldn't be facing some of the problems that we are now like the fact that there is no exit strategy for Iraq and now with North Korea testing cruise missles...it's scary and I don't even want to think about what Bush is going to do there. By the way...Bush was mentioned in the Ken Lay debacle. It's just that something else would come up in the news that would overshadow the whole Enron scandal. It seems that there were more important things on peoples minds than a couple of rich guys scamming lots of people out if money.

How were Americans lied to about the war? How close was Bush with Ken Lay and are you saying indirectly Bush was to blame for Enron too?

Because most of the American people know that when it comes out of a politicians mouth it is automatically a lie. After 9/11 everyone was in such a state of shock and grief that we believed Bush when he said that we were in danger and had to go to war to staop terroism. Now, after years have past we can see with a clearer head and know that while what happened is one of the most tragic and horrific incidents in American history, that the reasons we were told were false. You will never stop terroism. There will always we one more persson or group that are a threat to another. We can still support the troops without supporting the administration and the war.

Concerned is one thing Americans are not. We are a pretty apathetic society, just look at few things. A lot of countries have problems with starvation, Over half of all Americans are considered obese, OUR children are fatter than ever, and its a problem! We are over feeding ourselves while other countries starve. We have more people voting for American Idol than our president. We have more prisoners than most continents. We are falling farther behind in the world in education and no one cares. We pay record high gas prices and Big Oil has record high profits but no one can connect the dots. We are a bunch of idiots who will believe anything and as long as the Gov keeps changing the lie we are satisfied fat little sheep.

Not many people want war.
It is like good guys against the bad guys.
The bad guys hit NYC on 9-11 and a few other attacks on US interests. The good guys just need to get back and/or prevent the bad guys to do it again and again and again.
Afghanistan and Iraq are two big targets with some internal desire for changes.
Despite what a lot of people from the left said, 9-11, terrorists and generally bad guys are involved in Afghanistan and Iraq.

We are tired from trying to live up to this lifestyle that's on TV. We know they are lying to us and we also know nothing we say or do will change what they decide. The electoral process is a big joke. Money wins elections. And the same people have the money now as they did 100 years ago. So we avoid the polls in record numbers. Noone in Washington is representing the majority of american's views on anything. Not foreign policy, not immigration, not poverty in america, not on where the hell the jobs are going. So excuse me if I just wanna watch "Deal or No Deal", drink my Bud and make it to the next Paid day off.

look most of you people make me sick,i could care less about the little things WMDs and all, i spent 20 months over there and i will tell you right now the amount of chemical/biological weapons that i have personally seen could fill up the Louisiana super dome...so go back to your meaningless little lives and shut up. Saddam never followed the rules of war following the first gulf war and therefore we have every right to go and kick the living crap out of him. most of you people sit and listen to the media and all the garbage they put out....what you don't here is what unbelievable things that we are doing for these people and they would tell us this every day. these people have more freedom now than they have ever had and they are glad to be rid of that murdering S.O.B, Saddam and his sons murdered over 300.000
people some of those people happened to be woman and children, and many of them are still unidentified, here is something else for all of you to chew on (less people are dying today than were dying on a daily basis when Saddam was in power...and that's a fact). we call ourselves a christian nation then why not step up to the plate and do whatever has to be done to give these people the freedom that we enjoy as a people....most of you will never understand, just know this men like my buddies died giving you the rights you have to say the stupid things you say......next time do some real research before you open your trap.

Bush is protected by powers up on high. His family is political Dynasty. They have their hands in everything and everyone who makes big decisions around the world. Bush Sr. called it the "New World Order" when he was President. Judging by what has gone on in the White House since then I would believe him. Its hard to get to the Wizard of Oz. Why do think he gets away with all this stuff dumb luck. You cant stick something to him if he rolled himself in crazy clue. That's daddy's boy

Iraq was a dangerous, terrorist harboring country, lead by a dangerous dictator. It used weapons of mass destruction on its own people--we had every reason to believe it had more. But most importantly, it violated numerous UN resolutions for which the penalty was military intervention. Where's the lie other than that of the media and the one you believe?
The question is-- why isn't everyone thanking us?
