I would use the following free spyware removal tools, Adaware, Spybot search & Destroy, and Microsoft Defender. Also add either AVG or Avast antivirus-also free. Follow up by removing defender or turning off active portions so it only runs on demand, then install spyware blaster. You can also add zonealarm firewall.

I would reccomend using Ad-aware (Adware) Spy Sweeper (Spyware) Ewido (Anti-Malware which most people overlook) and Norton antivirus from google pack. If you want to buy a firewall i reccomend using Agntium Outpost. And use Mozilla Firefox with a NoScript extension when surfing the internet to prevent any infections.

Go to lavasoft.com and download the free version of Adaware Spyware remover. Then go to both Google and Yahoo home pages and search for the "toolbar" download, they both block spyware and adware. The free adaware only removes it, it doesnt block it

Use anti-tracks (anti-tracking browser), windows firewall and norton internet security. That's all. You can also use 'hide ip platinium' for annonymous browsing. OK.
