Try rubbing alcohol. Usually works on Sharpie ink.

Dry erase marker. Go over it with dry erase- for some reason it breaks down sharpies- never tried it on skin, but it can't hurt.

The best thing to use it rubbing alcohol but you can also use paint thinner or finger nail polish remover. when you use these be careful don't use to much and use something soft to wipe it like a cotton ball don't use a towel. you also need to make sure you don't scrub to hard all of these things can cause irritated skin.

Try rubbing alcohol from the store, contains Isopropyl Alcohol, a good solvent. Try to buyhigh conc. 50% or higher...
