Absolutely. Give us a few hundred years of science and that should be no problem, although accidents will be unavoidable, people won't die of old age.
In preparation for that day, we need to work for peace, hammer out a global system of law and justice and work hard to promote birth control research and effectiveness.
That's probably what the bible meant when it said that people will live forever.
