Hmm.. I would reccommend getting a good vibrator. If thats not an option, a lot of cosmetics/personal care item containers are the right shape and size (had a friend who used mascara, I once used a thin roll-on deodorant). When somethings in it like that you want to cover it with a condom or a sandwitch baggie first just to be safe. Veggies like carrots (snap off the point first) or cucumbers too, be sure to wrap them first (and never put them back in the fridge after!!)

The shower is a good one. That's how I started off.
Try cucumbers. They have a good shape. Always use condom with that stuff also.
Oh you can use those little "massagers" that you find in the store. They even sell them in dollar stores. They are loud though.
