Sure, some men do, sometimes...just as some women sometimes fantasize about having sex with other men (or maybe other women, or both)...
Fantasies are common, natural, and nothing to worry about. They are a way to explore things it may not be appropriate, safe, or possible for us to actually experience live.

Some men do, but most probably don't, and the converse also applies: some women also fantasize about other men while they're having sex with their husbands.

Some men do. I couldn't do it. I tried a few times but because I was in the middle of the deed, I couldn't help but to think about and concentrate on my wife.

Based on my personal experience, men do think of other females when having sex with their wifes

My wife is the sexiest woman I have ever known and she is the only one I think about. But I have friends that tell me they do it all the time. These guys are also very devoted men to their wives and are not looking to cheat.

not true. I only think of the woman that I am currently having sex with, all the blood is not in our brain during sex so there is absolutely no way that I could be thinking of anything else.

I'm personally not married...yet(next year) I've been with my fiance for about 4 years now and i've never fantasized about anyone while making love to her. I'm not gonna say that men dont do it. I'm just saying that i dont do that.

fantasize as in another one joining us, or maybe a guy, but not a totally different woman... at that moment the wife is the most important...

Not sure about all men but I dont. Why would you do that. I enjoy being with my lady. I dont want anyone else for that matter.
