tmobile phones use sim cards that store your phone number and phone book. If you buy a tmobile compatible phone from somewhere online (like ebay) you just take your sim card out of your old phone and put it in the new.
If you're trying to buy from tmobile.com, you should log into My TMobile first because they will give you special deals on replacing your phone. Or call 611 for customer service.

in case you nonetheless have an account with Tmobile, call customer care and clarify your difficulty. they'd be more beneficial than chuffed to furnish you a loose or discounted new telephone in case you signal a sparkling contract. in case you do not pick to signal a freelance, seem on ebay for an unlocked or branded TMobile telephone and placed your SIM card in it.
