Apply at local accounting firms for some entry level experience or as a financial analyst for a large company or hospital. Many companies will hire you right out of college because it is a good way to get workers who are unspoiled by some other companies policies and practices.

Allot of people start low as a teller with the understanding that they will be promoted once they have worked a certain amount of time in that position.
Banking experience is great but sometimes you have to start small. Many banks have customer service call centers and that's a good place to start, because you are doing banking business over the phone. Just let the interviewer know your true intentions and allot of times they will work with you. Mostly this is because they know they can promote you to the spot and pay you allot less than what their current brokers are making.
Good luck. Check out BankofAmerica.com Wachovia.com and WashingtonMutual.com and look under careers.
