Tell her when you are ready to do so, but don't wait too long because it will be worse for you in the long run. Make sure when you tell your mom when she is calm, because if you tell her when she's angry or upset, it will just make things worse.

This is kind of a difficult question for me.
I don't have a problem with gay and lesbians, I just don't understand it and honestly, I don't mean to hurt your feelings and sorry if I do, but It does make me uncomfortable seeing a woman with a woman or a guy with a guy, but I don't like trash them and talk down to them because they're not hurting anyone. I mean if that's what they prefer, that's what they prefer.
Yes, I think if it came down to my kids turn out to be one or the other, I think I will have a hard time with it, but I will try to support them and stand by them.
The next time your mom says something about your sister, say "then you must think that little of me too then" or "well I know what you think about me then" and walk off.

Yes, you should tell her. But first, go get some pamphlet information from PFLAG for her. If she's talking bad about your sister, she needs to speak with other parents to begin to understand that you both need her love and support, not her derision.

tell your mom. like if she's dissing your sister, tell her not to, because you're one too. she might cry, throw stuff, go on a rampage *not to lie to ya* so let her fume it out. just remind her that you're still her daughter, and you're the same as you were before, just with exceptions xD she'll probably hate you for a few days. i'm not gonna sugar-coat it. but she'll get over it. just hang in there xD

Shame on your mom. Moms are supposed to love and support there children helping them through life is not talking bad about them and there lifestyle. I think you should tell your mom that she should be ashamed of herself.

the longer you wait the harder it will be to tell her. You need to tell her soon. You're her daughter, she's not going to stop loving you. But you can't hide this from her for much longer, or she might get upset because you didn't tell her. Good luck!
