I have an S-Video out jack and a 3.5 MM audio out jack on my laptop. Is there ONE adapter that I can buy that will covert both the audio and video source into a coaxle cable or standard Red, Yellow and White RCA cables?

Regardless the quality will suck as a standard TV just does not have the resolution needed to display well. The easiest way is to just use a VCR with svideo in jack for this task.

You can get an adaptor that will convert the S-Video to composite video. For the audio, you only need a simple 3.5mm to RCA stereo cable. That will connect your laptop to a TV's audio and video inputs. Don't expect much in the way of a useable video display, except maybe for viewing DVD movies.

I don't know of anyone that does a single adaptor to do this, nor would you need one. If you need to convert the audio and video signals to coax to connect to the TV antenna jack, you'll need to add an RF convertor to the adaptor and cable. Expect even poorer video performance that way.

It is possible to do this, in fact I got my own computer set up to do this, I find it quite handy to use when using my computer to watch a streaming movie. What you need is a device like this one:

This device is nice as it takes your Svideo signal and converts it to a coax signal. you can also get one of those audio cables they sell that converts the standard audio out from a computer to composite and plug that into that box and it will output both the video and the audio over the coax.

Actually No, for now only RCA and S-video jacks are available if you want to display from computer to TV, no coax yet.

if you want to view PC video output into a TV, you'll have to reduce your PC resolution to no higher than 640x480. If you don't mind using that resolution, you shouldn't be using a PC anyways. Thats why they made PC monitors, and not an adapter to your tv.
