Do the Fords still own the Lions? If so, of course the Lions will suck this season. Want the Lions to start winning? Get someone else with too much money to buy the team and take some chances. The Fords won't do it... ever. The Lions will remain the laughingstock of the league.

The new players are not an improvement, but the coaching staff is. They have taken a small step in the right direction, but still have a long way to go. Chris Leak will be going into the draft this year. I see him being a Lion.

Matt Millen is the biggest sack of dung I've ever seen.
Now let me stop complimenting him.
As long as he's there the Lions will never win.
And that's too bad for a city surrounded by the Pistons, Red Wings and hell even the Tigers were lighting it up this year.
Winners never quit and quitters never win.
And those who don't win and don't quit are sacks of dung...and the biggest sack is Matt Millen.
With Green Bay sliding and Minnesota in a world of trouble all they have to do is get by Chicago's D. That should be easy once they fire that turd burglar Matt Millen.

Yes. I'm so sorry. I really want the lions to be good. Everyone does, I think. But Matt Millen isn't getting you there.
Resolve the QB issue. Get an offensive line. and a secondary. and a coach. That's all the lions need.

Yes they suck but they should do better in 2008(in 2 years).
The team that will have the biggest turnaround will be the Arizona Cardinals. 2006 Cardinals will be 8-8

coach and QB...talk about a change! I root for the lions
when The Vikings aren't playing them! I like Detroit.

I think so, but that doesn't mean I have lost any of my faith in them. If the scale tips towards them now and then, you just never know.
