That is an internal problem of the Republic of Romania and has to be addressed by the Romanian government. They have now more than enough money, and they should spend it properly.
I can see no reason why people from outside should get involved in the orphanages of any country. It is patronising and interfering, and it will do no good to anyone.

Move to Romania, become a Romanian citizen, and adopt your own from their population.

Have a nice life in their little kingdom of happiness; just don't post again in a few years and wonder what happened.

Give them for adoption, ask family willing to adopt, and collect some from different communities for them.
